Well, as promised in my previous post I double-timed it at the gym yesterday. Sure most people may think of it as just a normal gym trip, but for “me” it was doublet-timed. I started out by walking to the gym, a nice brisk walk. 1.4 miles round trip. Then I did 30 mins on the elliptical, and even went up to resistance 7! mostly I stay between 1-3…I’m lazy. Then I pressed on and hopped on the dreaded treadmill for 30 mins where I restarted the Couch to 5K program which I vowed to complete last year in this post, Off the couch…
So, over a year ago I blogged about doing the Couch to 5K program and losing weight, yet here I sit a year later probably about 5 lbs heavier and never making it past day 3 in the program, but after making my 30 before 30 list I’ve finally got the kick in the butt I needed. Been great about going to the gym, eating healthy, and even cracked open that book that calls you a fat -ass and basically makes you feel like such a fat slob it scares you into becoming thin, Skinny Bitch.
I’m on a roll!…which is funny to say since those are the exact things I hope to get rid of…fat rolls that is…haha. I kid I kid, well not really, but you know. Anyway, hope everyone is having a happy healthy week!
