21 days

Most research shows that it takes 21 days to make something a habit.  My goal is to get back into the exercise habit, it’s been way way too long since it’s been a good habit for me.  21 days of doing something active.  I just passed day 3, and now I’m craving exercise.  In fact I almost worked out twice today, just for the heck of it, but instead I took a nap.  Oh well, I’m trying.   Day one I went to the gym that I pay $40/month for and never use.  Day two I tried hot yoga for the first time.  Day three I took a brisk 2.8 mile walk around Greenlake with Lane.  My Nikes kicked off by the couch are becoming a normal scene in my apartment and I’m liking it.   3 days down, 19 to go to make this habit.  Wish me luck!
